At LW Theatres, we realise what sets us apart is that we stage the extraordinary. We recognise that our people are central to our vision of being the most successful theatre group in the world.
From the Usher to the Follow Spot Operator, the Stage Door Keeper to the Stage Chargehand, the Box Office Assistant to the Finance Manager, all our people help to create a platform for brilliance to shine through in everything we do, across every single department.
However, we know that our audiences have a choice and we never forget that. To make sure our guests leave feeling elated, inspired and eager for more we recruit people to work for us who want to break new ground, have incredibly high standards, are confident experts in their respective fields and are passionate about theatre.
We look for people who reflect our theatres in individuality but are willing to work collaboratively to keep our audiences, (including our partners, producers and sponsors) centre stage.
