ROLE

We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our Front of House team – providing an exceptional customer welcome and retail experience for our visitors.

Responsibilities/Duties include:

  • Offer a charming experience at one of our bars or additional sales points, demonstrating great product knowledge and an ability to maximise sales by tailoring offers, products and services to the individual customer
  • To usher inside the auditorium, upholding and enforcing all visiting company, Health and Safety, and fire evacuation policies and procedures – ensuring that the theatre experience is both enjoyable and safe.
  • To interact with all audience members – delivering an exceptional service that ensures a personable experience is achieved.
  • Securely handling cash, taking the appropriate care and accuracy for transactions through the tills during sales periods.
  • To undertake any other reasonable duties or activities as instructed by theatre management.

The Other Gin Palace – Bar Manager

ABOUT US

The Other Palace is part of the LW Theatres family. Situated less than 100 yards from Buckingham Palace, The Other Palace opened its doors in February 2017, and is a home and breeding ground for musicals at various stages of development.

The Other Palace Main House programme consists of full productions, work in progress productions and festivals of new work. The studio also offers a diverse programme including cabaret, music and musical theatre.

ROLE

The Other Palace is currently looking to recruit a talented & experienced Bar Manager for its popular in-house bar, The Other Gin Palace. The successful candidate will be passionate about hospitality, have the ability to create an innovative Gin based cocktail menu with a creative twist, and possesses a positive, upbeat and infectious personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.

Senior Technician, Electrics (Chargehand) - Gillian Lynne Theatre

We are seeking to appoint a Senior Technician, Electrics (Chargehand) at the Gillian Lynne Theatre.

The successful candidate will have experience of moving light maintenance, operating and programming ETC consoles, as well as previous experience in a busy production theatre environment. Relevant electrical qualifications would be advantageous.

Front of House & Bar staff - Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at The London Palladium

The London Palladium are excited to be hosting Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat from June-September 2019 and are currently recruiting Front of House assistants and bar staff for this period.

Successful applicants will drive sales in Front of House and Bar Operations whislt delivering the highest levels of customer service in order to ensure that our guests experience a magical visit to our theatre.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

Experience working on a bar would be advantageous as well as a willingness to get involved with all aspects of the operation. Applicants must be available for an 8 show a week contract.

HEAD OFFICE VACANCIES

EPOS Inventory Manager

A new opportunity has arisen for an EPOS Inventory Manager to join LW Theatres, the largest operators of musical theatres in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the retail inventory across all theatre bars, kiosks, cellars and storerooms ensuing integrity and developing digital infrastructure and improved reporting capabilities.

We are looking for an adaptable and innovative individual with experience in auditing and stocktaking. Excellent working knowledge of the Zonal EPOS system is desirable.
