Duty Manager at the Adelphi Theatre

The historic Adelphi Theatre, located on the Strand in the heart of London’s bustling West End, is currently home to the smash hit Broadway musical, Waitress. Under the management of Andrew Lloyd-Webber’s LW Theatres Group and their joint ownership with the Nederlander Organisation, the Adelphi is a world class entertainment venue. In addition to 8 performances per week of our resident show, we also stage concerts and events in our 1500 seat auditorium.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our friendly and highly motivated team. The role is full time, 40 hours per week over 5 days.

The successful candidate will be passionate about creating an excellent customer experience for our guests and will lead our Front of House team in achieving this. Experience of managing a large team, contributing to managing health and safety in a busy venue and a good understanding of retail and sales operations is essential.

We are seeking casual members of staff to join the bar and Front of House team at The London Palladium.

The theatre is hosting a busy timetable of high-profile theatre, concerts and variety acts throughout 2019. We are looking for staff who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and who are able to provide world class customer service to the wide variety of audiences visiting The London Palladium this year.

Experience working on a bar would be advantageous as well as a willingness to get involved with all aspects of the operation.

The PA to CCO will act as a first point of contact to the CCO providing high level, confidential, administrative, PA and project support services; ensuring the CCO achieves their strategic objectives. Reporting directly into the Chief Commercial Officer the PA to CCO will be based at LW Theatres Head Office, Drury Lane, London.

The successful candidate will have significant and recent previous experience in a PA/EA role supporting at C-Suite or Executive / Director level and be able to demonstrate proven experience in prioritising deliverables and planning workload.
