Employment at LW Theatres
Our aim is to make the recruitment process as straightforward and accessible as possible. There are three simple steps to complete your application which should take only a short time to complete;
- Right to work screening
- Have your CV and cover letter at the ready!
- Equality and Diversity monitoring (this section is optional – please be assured that the information given is not attributable to individuals and it is not available to, or used by, the selection panel)
We welcome talented candidates from diverse and neurodiverse groups as part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion. If there is anything that we can do to make this process more accessible, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Vercida ‘Recite’ accessibility tool: We have formed a partnership with VERCIDA (the UK’s largest diversity and inclusion focused careers site) which uses assistive technology to allow candidates to view our job description in a different format. To use this function please click on the ‘VERCIDA’ logo here.
Q: Can I still apply if I have a UK visa or work permit?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to progress any applications from candidates who do not have the right to work in the UK.
Q: Can I apply for more than one role?
A: Yes, please feel free to apply for more than one role.
Q: Do I have to apply via your website?
A: Yes we can only accept applications via our website, however if there’s something that we can do to make this recruitment process more accessible for you, then please do let us know at email@example.com
Q: What should I include in my cover letter?

Q: After applying for a role, what happens next?
A: We’ll be in contact once your application has been reviewed. We’ll explain more about next steps if you are successful at this stage as our interview processes are as unique and individual as the people that work here.
Q: What should you expect when applying for a job at LW Theatres?
A: As our roles are so diverse, there is not one recruitment process used across the board. Each recruitment process is designed in a manner that candidates are best able to demonstrate the skills and experience required for that role. This can be in the form of a technical assessment, a competency-based interview or an assessment centre and you will be informed of the process when being invited for interview.
Q: What do we look for in candidates applying for roles at LW Theatres?
A: We are united by our values and therefore seek to recruit people who are able to demonstrate these qualities in their application and at interview.
