As we welcome back our first audiences since theatres closed in March 2020, and in line with current Government guidance, a selection of events will be hosted under full social distancing, with venue-wide safety mitigations, including the mandatory wearing of face coverings. Your safety is of paramount importance to us and therefore, across the theatre, we have reconfigured our seating to ensure that audience bubbles are seated at least 1m apart. This includes respacing rows in the stalls to guarantee a 1m distance in front and behind and beside each group. An audience bubble must be a group of 6 people or less from a single household or support bubble.
We continue to monitor the situation regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak very closely, taking guidance from the UK Government. While we are delighted to see our first socially-distanced audiences return to our theatres, we continue to press for clarity around the full reopening of theatres across the country before irreparable damage is done to our industry.
