Renowned for her hit sitcom Miranda and her acclaimed roles in Call the Midwife and Spy, Miranda has flourished on screen and stage, with this success mirrored in her literary bestsellers Is It Just Me? and Peggy & Me. In this exclusive event, Miranda will shine a spotlight on her illustrious career, while offering an intimate glimpse into, as she herself says, an “unexpectedly difficult decade” and what she has discovered in the challenging times.
In conversation with a special guest, Miranda will candidly traverse her ‘treasures’ of practical tools, values, ways and answers – researched from scientists, neuroscientists, therapists and sociologists – that have led to a sense of freedom, joy, peace and physical recovery she never would have thought possible.
