Updated: Friday 17 July

Due to the ongoing impact throughout the theatre industry of Covid-19, and to protect the wellbeing of all of our guests, theatre staff, cast and crew, LW Theatres and Disney Theatrical Productions have made the difficult decision to postpone the opening of Frozen.

The first performance will now take place on 2 April 2021.

All existing bookings have automatically been moved into a new date and will have the same seats as before. Ticketholders have received an announcement email, and will receive a new confirmation email with details of their booking as soon as possible – due to the volume of guests, this may take up to five weeks.

If any guest is not happy with their new date, they will be able to request an alternative date, a Frozen voucher or a refund by following the instructions in their confirmation email. We ask all guests to whom this applies not to get in touch until after you receive your new confirmation email.

Stay tuned to our website for the most current information and keep up to date with our social channels where we’ll be championing all things theatre.

Thank you for supporting the theatre industry and we hope to see you in our theatre very soon.

With our best wishes for your health and well-being,

The LW Theatres Team
