Kid Creole is one of the most dynamic stage performers of the last 40 years. For the first time we see him grace the splendour of The London Palladium. Kid Creole together with his Coconuts provide an evening of infectious rhythms, amazing choreography and scintillating showmanship.
Kid Creole and the Coconuts scored 7 UK top forty hits in the 1980s, including 3 top ten singles – Annie, I’m Not Your Daddy which went to number 2, It’s a Wonderful Thing Baby reached number 4 (and is still one of the most memorable tracks of the 1980s). The unforgettable Stool Pigeon hit number 7 in the charts.
Kid Creole AKA August Darnell
“Music Lovers of all ages and persuasions, I have decided to abandon my hammock in Hawaii and do the rounds one mo’ time. The London Palladium show will be a very special one for many reasons. Reason one – my daughter, Savanna Darnell, will be my opening act. That’s a first. Reason 50 – we will be featuring Creolian songs that we have never performed live before. Reasons 2 to 49 – let those be surprises. Suffice it to say: A tropically funky good time is guaranteed for one and all. See ya there. Hachachacha!”

Pauline Henry
Pauline Henry is the Voice of The Chimes and is best known for hits like ‘I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For‘ which achieved top 10 in the UK charts and the dance floor classic ‘Heaven’ which reached No. 14 and was a #1 dance chart hit. Pauline released two solo albums: ‘Pauline’ and ‘Do Over’, which include hits like ‘I Feel Like Making Love’, ‘Too Many People’ and ‘Sugarfree’ to name a few.
Savanna Darnell
Joining The Kid will be his daughter Savanna, also making her Palladium debut. The Darnell’s are truly out in force. Savanna is the UK’s newest embodiment of pop prowess, combining fierce femininity with a playful edge. With her love for music rooted in her family, her Dad’s experience in the industry, inspired Savanna to follow in his footsteps. Savanna took a serious leap into her music career in 2023, gaining traction with appearances on BBC Introducing, Unity Radio and Reform Radio to name a few, and headlining at the acclaimed ‘Band On The Wall’ in Manchester.
