Access to the Theatre, Seating and Viewing Areas
The London Palladium offers step free access from street to the Stalls, via a lift. Our level access ramp to the Stalls is located to the left of our main entrance on Argyll Street. During show times we have attendants at the front of the building who are there to assist with access to this door and dedicated access hosts to assist patrons to their seats. If you would like to book access tickets at The London Palladium, in person outside of show times, and need to use our step free entrance, please ring the bell at the accessible entrance to the left of the main steps and speak to our stage door team who will alert us to your arrival.
Once inside, our access hosts are available to take guests who need step-free access to these seats via our lift and specific ramps we have in place. These seats offer fantastic views of the stage. Please be advised, however, The London Palladium is a listed Victorian building and although we have a lift to the Stalls, unfortunately, the Royal Circle and Grand Circle are not accessible for our guests who need step free access.
For our guests who use wheelchairs that would prefer not to transfer into a theatre seat, we can provide up to 4 wheelchair spaces in the Stalls. For theatre productions these would be located at row L46, O48, Q48 and S49, and row B4, B31, C3 and C35 for gigs and concerts. For our guests who would like to transfer into a theatre seat, all aisle seats in the Stalls would be suitable. Once seated, our theatre hosts will securely store any wheelchair or walking aids and return them when needed.
Our trained access hosts will be available to assist visually impaired customers upon arrival and throughout their visit if required.
Members of our Access Scheme will be able to book accessible seating online where seating plans will have these options clearly marked. For more information on our Access Scheme click here.
