Dance for Ukraine - In aid of the arts in Ukraine

Unrivalled Superstars and Prima Ballerinas of today, Marianela Nuñez and Olga Smirnova, in her first London appearance since leaving Russia in protest of the war, are joined by stars of The Royal Ballet, Ukrainian National Ballet & other international companies including Matthew Ball, Lauren Cuthbertson and William Bracewell, plus Mezzo-soprano Kseniia Nikolaiyeva and Sasha Grynyuk.
The star-studded charity Gala – Dance for Ukraine – will support young dancers in Ukraine, enabling them to continue their training despite the horrors of war. Additionally, the proceeds will fund a production of Sir Frederick Ashton’s La Fille mal gardée at the National Opera House of Ukraine, a gift to the people of Ukraine.

Directed by Ivan Putrov, the fundraiser is a continuation of the original March 2022 performance which raised over £160,000 net for the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.
