LW Theatres Access Scheme
The LW Access Scheme is designed for those who need additional assistance to services within our theatres.
The Scheme will make it easier for our customers to book accessible seats and facilities. It will also ensure our customer-facing staff teams have the information they need in order to deliver the best possible service.
You do not have to be a member of the scheme in order to book access tickets by phone; however, joining the Scheme will allow you to:
- Receive information on any upcoming Assisted Performances.
- Receive pre-visit emails with helpful information that will ensure a smoother theatre experience.
- Have access to our online access booking system. This will enable you to book suitable tickets online, including wheelchair positions and the best-accessible seats to all our long-running resident productions and most gigs and concerts.
To become a member of the LW Theatres Access Scheme, please complete the Access Scheme Registration Form and see below for more information on eligibility.

Any additional tickets can be purchased at full price.
If you have registered as a Wheelchair user, you will see a wheelchair symbol on all designated non-transferable seats as well as a selection of our best transferrable options.
If you have registered with Hearing or Visual Requirements, we aim to provide a limited number of seats indicated with a head and shoulders symbol in the front Stalls. All accessible seating options are subject to availability and may not be available for your chosen performance if already sold. If your event has more than one performance, please select an alternative date or performance time to check availability.
