Join us for one of our entertaining and enriching theatre tours, as we take you on a journey of discovery as you learn about our 350-year history. Then, delight in our luxurious and decadent Afternoon Tea, complete with champagne by the glass and indulgent cakes by baker to the stars, Lily Vanilli. Once you have had your fill of champagne, cakes and chandeliers, sit back and relax as we have our famed Red Coats butlers escort you to your private suite ahead of the show. You are then invited to watch the world-class Frozen from prime seats, with our Red Coats on hand in the interval to serve you and your guests. Once the show is done, join us in our glamorous cocktail bar, the Cecil Beaton Bar, for a post-show soiree, where you can sample our unique and inventive cocktails on the house.

The promoter is: LW Theatres. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of LW Theatres and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. The competition will run from 1st June 2022 until 5pm on 12th June 2022. After this specified date and time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. The winner will be randomly chosen by LW Theatres and announced via the LW Theatres channels no more than 14 days after the competition closes. If the winner does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select a replacement winner (and that winner will similarly have to respond to the notification sent to them by the Promoter within 3 days of that notification being sent to them or else they will also forfeit their prize). The prize must be redeemed by 30th September 2022 and consists of the following based on 4 people: Theatre Tour, Champagne Afternoon Tea, pre show hospitality experience (gold luxury), tickets to see Frozen the Musical in the Royal Circle, post show cocktails (2 per person). More information on hospitality experiences can be found here. Ticket location is subject to Promoter’s or producer’s discretion. Tickets are non-transferable and must not be resold or transferred to any person or entity for commercial gain or otherwise. If any tickets are resold or transferred (or are attempted to be resold or transferred) for commercial gain by anyone other than official resellers of The Company, then the tickets will become void and the ticket holder will be a trespasser and may be refused entry to, or ejected from, the theatre. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product. All elements of the prize must be redeemed on the same day and cannot be redeemed during school holidays. Frozen tickets are for evening performances in the Royal Circle only. By entering the competition, you agree to LW Theatres using your entry to publicise the competition and to receiving marketing communications from LW Theatres. All other expenses associated with the prize such as additional food or drink, transport and accommodation will be the responsibility of the winner and not the Promoter.
