An interactive masterclass in emotionally connecting to the lyrics, refining your performance and using the text and music to tell a love story.

The Other Masterclass is delighted to welcome West End and Broadway star – and Wicked’s incoming Fiyero (from 22 July) – Alistair Brammer (Miss Saigon, Les Miserables, War Horse, Taboo) to lead a masterclass on Acting Through Love Songs.

The Other Palace will select four performers to work through their song with Alistair on stage. To apply to take part, purchase your ticket here. You will then be emailed a link to submit your headshot or photo, biog and video clip of you performing your chosen love song.

As well as offering the opportunity to be mentored as a soloist, Alistair is looking to work with performers on musical theatre duets. To submit yourself to perform as a duo, only one online submission is necessary.

The closing date for applications is midday Mon 17 Jun.

Even if you are not chosen to work on your song, or you do not want to perform, The Other Masterclass is an invaluable experience to learn from leading performers in the industry! All who attend the masterclass will have an opportunity to meet the mentor and ask questions.
