Applause For Thought presents Mental Health Matters in association with The Other Masterclass, featuring qualified psychotherapist, counsellor and performance coach Trevor Gray (BA Hons, MBACP, PG Dip TA Practice).

The Other Masterclass is delighted to team up with the brand new industry initiative Applause For Thought to bring a free mental health awareness event. Mental Health Matters aims to provide a safe environment for performers to learn more about balancing their mental health whilst pursuing a career in Performing Arts.

This event will include:

•    A session and presentation with Trevor Gray on “Improving mental health for Performing Artists”
•    A panel discussion with industry professionals who have dealt with or are dealing with mental health, including Jodie Jacobs, Charlie Stemp, Vanessa Fisher and Joe Tracini
•    An opportunity for the audience to ask questions of Trevor and the industry professionals

All tickets are free, limited to two per transaction and welcome to anyone who deals with mental health or wants to find out more on how to support others in the industry.
