Join our resident mixologist and gin expert Dean James as he guides you through the history of the nation’s favourite spirit. Discover fun facts about gin and how it is steeped in London’s history, with plenty of delicious tastings. Learn about tonic, garnishes and perfect pairings, as well as how to mix drinks and even get to make your own cocktails.
