If you feel unwell, please do not attend the theatre. If you are unable to attend one of our shows due to being unwell, find out what you can do with your ticket here.

When you arrive

Join the queue

On arrival at the venue, please join the queue.

Security check

Security checks will be in operation for your safety.

Cloakroom

Cloakroom capacity is limited so we ask that you only bring minimal belongings with you.

Ticket check

Your ticket will then be scanned to gain entry.

During your visit

Hand hygiene

Hand sanitiser stations can be found at designated points throughout our theatres.

Enhanced cleaning

The theatre is professionally cleaned on a continual basis by our Official Cleaning Services partner, Excell Cleaning Services. Common contact surfaces and toilet facilities are regularly sanitised by our on-site cleaning team.

Contactless payment

We continue to encourage contactless payment throughout the venue to minimise contact.
