The London Palladium cleaning staff

LW Theatres takes the wellbeing of our customers extremely seriously.

Since the start of the pandemic, we have been working closely with the Government to pioneer pilots that prove the measures introduced into theatres keep our audiences, staff and performers safe. As we reopen at full capacity from 19th July, these key protocols will remain in place.

Please see below or download our simple guide to returning to our theatres. Click here to visit our FAQs.

Due to Covid-19 safety measures, we are unable to accept gifts or items for signing and there will be no public access to Stage Door. The cast won’t be able to sign items or take photos when entering or leaving the building.

We are hugely looking forward to seeing auditoriums full, without which the productions in our theatres would be unviable.

Before your visit

Confirm your Covid-19 Status

Although there will be no formal COVID certification system in place in relation to your particular performance, for the comfort and reassurance of all our guests we kindly request that all audience members over the age of 11 years take a COVID lateral flow test within 48 hours of their visit to the theatre.

This request does not apply to guests who have chosen to obtain a Domestic COVID-PASS from the NHS App or website (or national and international equivalents) which demonstrates double vaccination plus 14 days or natural immunity. Please bring your negative test result or COVID-PASS to the theatre with you as we may ask to see it on arrival.

The NHS COVID Pass lets you share your Coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination records or test COVID-19 status in a secure way. Full details about the NHS COVID Pass can be found on the government website.

See below for further details.

Check you have no Covid Symptoms

Please check you have no Covid-19 symptoms even if your lateral flow test result is negative.

Consider travel options

Consider your travel options and use a car, motorcycle, bicycle or walk to the theatre where possible. Avoid busy times and routes on public transport in accordance with UK Government guidance.

Pack your face covering
