How many groups can I request?

To ensure fairness we will be reserving 1 group with up to 56 tickets per customer during the presale period (24th – 28th March).

How long will you reserve my group for?

Due to high demand, please be advised that all reservations must be confirmed within 4 weeks of receiving the offer from the venue. No extensions will be given.

How do I book hospitality for my group?

How do I amend my reservation?

Please send any amendments or requests for extras directly to our team at groups@lwtheatres.co.uk along with your reference number.

Can I request a call back to discuss my group?

Yes. Please email us at groups@lwtheatres.co.uk with the best number to contact you on, and the team will endeavour to call you back as soon as possible.

When will I receive my tickets?

E-tickets will be sent to the lead booker once the booking has been paid for and confirmed. Please note that we are unable to post tickets.
