How many groups can I request?
We reserve the right to cap the amount of groups per person.
To ensure fairness for all our group bookers, please refrain from requesting large groups of tickets if you do not anticipate being able to sell them.
What information do I need to prepare for the priority onsale?
You’ll need to provide your desired ticket rates, number of groups, number of tickets per group, desired date, as well as a backup date should your original requested performance not be available, along with your contact information.
How long will you reserve my group for?
Due to high demand, please be advised that all reservations must be confirmed within 6 weeks of receiving the offer from the venue.
Can I request an extension on my reservation?
If you require an extension, you may be asked to confirm part of your reservation before an extension can be granted.
How do I book hospitality for my group?

How do I amend my reservation?
Please send any amendments or requests for extras directly to our team at Palladium.Groups@lwtheatres.co.uk along with your reference number.

Yes. Please email us at Palladium.Groups@lwtheatres.co.uk with the best number to contact you on, and the team will endeavour to call you back as soon as possible.
When will I receive my tickets?
E-tickets will be sent to the lead booker once the booking has been paid for and confirmed. Please note that we are unable to post tickets.
