Mór Irish Gin – Pineapple Edition

Pineapple might not be the first flavour you think of when someone mentions Ireland, but the folks behind Mór Irish Gin will change that for you with the delicious Pineapple Edition of their excellent gin. A truly unique and colourful gin that is anything but bland. Mór Pineapple Gin is a combination of four existing botanicals – Juniper, Coriander, Rosemary and Angelica Root, and four new botanicals – Persian Lime, Lemongrass, Bergamot Orange and Pineapple.

The result is a gin bursting with tropical flavour that is a fantastic addition to Caribbean style cocktails.

TASTE: Refreshing and tangy with obvious fruit influence. Touches of savoury rosemary and juniper manage to shine through, but the star here is clearly the pineapple.
