Equal Opportunities

LW Theatres is an equal opportunities employer. We are a family of individuals who celebrate equality and diversity not just in our audiences but also within our company. We have developed policies and procedures that ensure no job applicant, employee or audience member receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of their age, disability, gender (including transgender identity), race (including colour, ethnicity or national origin) or sexual orientation; are married or in a civil partnership, are pregnant or on maternity leave.

Gender Pay Gap Report

LW Theatres is committed to addressing and ensuring gender balance in our team. We are proud of the percentage of women we employ and that we compensate and promote people based on their roles, experience and performance.

Recruitment Policy

Our recruitment procedures reflect our values and actively promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace. We implement our equal opportunity policies throughout the whole recruitment process, from advertising, through to interviewing and appointment of the successful candidate.

We remain committed to these principles throughout the employee lifecycle: within amongst other areas all our training, development and promotion policies.

We can make reasonable disability-related adjustments to the recruitment process and during employment if needed. If you require any further information or should you wish to discuss disability-related adjustments to the recruitment process, please call the HR team on 020 7557 7300 or email and we will work with you to accommodate your requirements.

Recruitment FAQs

What should you expect when applying for a job at LW Theatres?

As our roles are so diverse, there is not one recruitment process used across the board. Each recruitment process is designed in a manner that candidates are best able to demonstrate the skills and experience required for that role. This can be in the form of a technical assessment, a competency based interview or an assessment centre and you will be informed of the process when being invited for interview.

What do we look for in candidates applying for roles at LW Theatres?

We are united by our values and therefore seek to recruit people who are able to demonstrate these qualities in their application and at interview.
